Priming: The Most Underrated And Powerful Way to Start Your Day

A keystone habit is a habit or a behavior that pulls your life in order. Ask yourself- What is something that when you do it, it sets your day for more success, or things just seem to flow?
Taking principles from Kundalini yoga, meditation and the law of attraction, priming is one of those keystone habits for me. I feel off when I start my morning without it.
